Product Details
Manufacturing Process
The production starts with 100% ES bicomponent fibers, which consist of a core fiber coated with a lowmeltingpoint polymer. Bonding is achieved through thermal treatment using hot air penetration. In this process, the applied heat selectively melts the sheath polymer only where fibers intersect, creating discrete “point bonds” rather than continuous “zone bonding.” This precise method leaves the rest of the fiber structure intact, thereby maintaining the fabric’s bulkiness, resilience, and soft hand feel.
